Quick answers

Common questions about AI scores, Alpaca, fees, and auto-pilot.

Minimum AI score

Your minimum AI score filters which signals appear in Markets and which tickers auto-pilot may buy. Find it under Settings → Trading preferences.

  • Conservative — higher min score (fewer, higher-conviction ideas)
  • Balanced / Aggressive — presets adjust min score and position limits
  • Scores are 0–100 display values derived from the ensemble model; only tickers at or above your threshold are highlighted for buys

Connecting Alpaca

Go to Settings → Broker and enter your Alpaca API key and secret. Use paper keys first; switch to live keys only after admin approval and accepting live-trading disclosures.

  • Paper mode uses Alpaca's paper endpoint — real market data, simulated fills
  • Live mode requires platform live trading enabled + per-user approval
  • Select trading mode: Paper wallet, Alpaca paper, or Alpaca live in Settings
  • Orders respect US market hours; auto-pilot skips when the market is closed

Platform fees

Fees are shown on every buy/sell preview before you confirm. On Alpaca trades, fees are collected via Stripe or your fee wallet balance.

See Pricing for the full schedule. Paper wallet trades record fees for preview only — nothing is charged.

Auto-pilot & safety

  • Enable auto-buy/sell under Settings → Auto trading
  • Regime, earnings, and score gates can block trades in risky conditions
  • Use Flatten on the dashboard to close all positions
  • Admins can activate a platform-wide kill switch that stops all auto trading
