Terms of Service

Rules for using WagerQuanta research tools, paper trading, and optional broker-connected trading.

Last updated: June 14, 2026

1. About the service

WagerQuanta ("we", "the platform") provides software that displays AI-generated stock signals, rankings, news summaries, and optional trade execution through third-party brokers. We are a technology provider, not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

2. No investment advice

All content — including scores, signals, rankings, and news sentiment — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should consult licensed professionals as needed.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use brokerage services in your jurisdiction.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

4. Paper vs live trading

Paper mode uses simulated or broker paper accounts with no real money at risk on our platform wallet. Live mode routes orders to your connected broker (e.g. Alpaca). Real money can be lost. Live trading may require admin approval and acceptance of additional disclosures in Settings.

5. Auto-pilot and auto-trading

If you enable auto-buy or auto-sell, the platform will place orders according to your configured rules (minimum AI score, regime gates, earnings filters, limits, etc.). You are responsible for reviewing settings, fees, and outcomes. We may disable auto-trading globally via a kill switch for operational or risk reasons.

6. Fees

Platform fees (buy, win, and sell fees) are shown before you confirm trades and on the Pricing page. Fee amounts may change; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of updated fees where permitted by law. See your admin-configured fee schedule for current rates.

7. Third-party services

Brokerage, market data, payment (Stripe), and email providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. Your use of Alpaca or other brokers is subject to their customer agreements. We are not responsible for broker outages, rejected orders, or data delays.

8. AI limitations

Models are trained on historical data and may be wrong. Past performance of signals or backtests does not guarantee future results. Scores and rankings can change after each pipeline run.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WagerQuanta and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data errors, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.

11. Contact

For account or support questions, use your designated admin or support channel. For legal inquiries, contact the platform operator listed in your onboarding materials.

Not legal advice

This document is provided for transparency about how the platform works. It is not legal advice. Engage qualified counsel before relying on these terms for a production launch.
