WagerQuanta operates the stock.wagerquanta.ai web application and related APIs. This policy describes data we process when you use our services.

• Account data — email, name, password (stored hashed), verification status, preferences.
• Broker credentials — Alpaca API keys you enter are encrypted at rest and used only to route orders and sync portfolio data.
• Trading activity — orders, positions, fees, auto-pilot logs, and paper-wallet balances.
• Payment data — Stripe processes card payments; we store transaction references, not full card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, and logs needed for security and debugging.

• Authenticate you and provide the service
• Execute and record trades per your instructions
• Calculate and collect platform fees
• Send transactional email (verification, password reset)
• Improve reliability, security, and product features

We share data only as needed to operate the platform:

• Alpaca — order routing and account data when you connect a broker
• Stripe — payment processing
• Email provider — transactional messages
• Hosting — infrastructure providers that store encrypted application data

We do not sell your personal information.

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted broker secrets, HTTPS, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to your admin promptly.

We retain account and trading records as needed for operations, fee reconciliation, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request account deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

• Update profile and trading preferences in Settings
• Disconnect broker API keys at any time
• Disable auto-trading and live mode
• Contact support to request data export or deletion where applicable

We use essential cookies/session storage for login. If analytics or error monitoring (e.g. Sentry) are enabled, they may collect usage and error data — review admin configuration and applicable consent requirements in your region.

The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
